Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Most orders are processed and shipped the same day they are placed. In the rare case we cannot, your order is always completed and dispatched within 48 hours. Once processing is complete, the parcel is handed over to the carrier with full tracking.

2. Shipping to Austria All shipments are sent fully tracked using our standard service. Delivery within Austria takes 1 to 3 business days and costs EUR 10.00. Orders to Austria with a total value of at least EUR 150.00 are shipped free of charge.

3. Shipping Within the EU For the rest of the European Union, tracked standard shipping takes 2 to 6 business days and costs EUR 15.00. Orders to the rest of the EU with a total value of at least EUR 150.00 are shipped free of charge.

4. Shipping Destination Shipping is available exclusively within the European Union (EU). Orders outside the EU are not shipped through EuropeanPeptides under this policy.

5. Packaging and Documentation Every parcel is packed carefully and protectively, with the appropriate documentation, and prepared in a structured, documented way before dispatch.

6. Customs and Authority Measures Customs-related review lies outside our responsibility. In rare cases, customs authorities or other authorities may cause delivery delays, returns, or other measures. We accept no liability for such events, as they are outside our sphere of influence.
